For some reason people seem to think there is one law in our society that simply cannot be broken - no matter what.
This law stipulates.... "you can only have the following for breakfast: cereal, toast and or eggs."
Nothing else is allowed. If you break this law the "breakfast police" will hunt you down like the animal you are, lock you up and throw away the key.
My question is why?
Is it a mind set, habit or ingrained belief?
Sadly, it's all too common.
Here's a revelation......
Breakfast is simply a meal - the first, you need to have each day.
As far as nutritious food choices go, there are no rules, its entirely up to you..... as long as you follow these rules.
Here are some examples........
Firstly, to promote better fat loss, this meal should not be liquid, it needs to be eaten.
Secondly, the meal needs to be high in lean protein and naturally occurring fiber.
Third, preferably, the fat within the meal needs to improve health by improving the omega-3 ratio.
